Sous Chef

Award winning Brasserie/Restaurant – Central London


This Restaurant is incredibly popular due to its exciting fresh seasonal menu, incredible decor and very high service standards. The grand venue has received excellent reviews and continues to do so. The newly refurbished kitchen has a brigade of 25 Chefs cooking for around 200 covers per service. The Cuisine served is Modern European with a mainly French influence. The highly experienced Head Chef is currently looking for a strong Sous Chef to assist him in the successful running of the kitchen.


Role / Candidate:

The perfect candidate will have at least 1 years experience as a Sous Chef with in a similar high volume operation./ The ability to create new and exciting dishes / Menu planning / Working closely with the Head chef / Running kitchen in absence of Head Chef / Good stock control management / Good man management skills / Ability to lead and manage the junior Chefs / Good Health & Safety record / Ordering & receiving stock / Must be passionate about food / Punctual & personable.


Salary & Benefits:

£32,000 per annum / 4 weeks holiday / 45 hour week / 7 shifts / Working under a well known award winning Head Chef / Pension scheme / Meals on duty
