This Restaurant is incredibly popular due to its exciting fresh seasonal menu, incredible decor and very high service standards. The grand venue has received excellent reviews and continues to do so. The newly refurbished kitchen has a brigade of 25 Chefs cooking for around 200 covers per service. The Cuisine served is Modern European with a mainly French influence. The highly experienced Head Chef is currently looking for a strong Chef de Partie to assist him in the successful running of the kitchen.


Role / Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience as a Chef de Partie within a similar high volume operation using fresh seasonal produce / Good experience with Stock control / Health & Safety / Ability to run a section / Managing Commis Chefs / Able to follow instructions from senior Chefs / Extremely punctual / Looking for progression within the brigade /


Salary & Benefits:

£23,000 per annum / 4 weeks holiday / 42 hour week / 6 shifts / Working under a well known award winning Head Chef / Pension scheme / Meals on duty
