This fantastic Brasserie Restaurant is owned by a very successful Restaurateur. The venue is extremely popular due to its excellent location, customer service standards & lovely modern British style cuisine. The venue is stylish and contemporary and comprises of a 150 cover restaurant, a bar area and a beautiful terrace. There is a brigade of 22 Chefs in the kitchen. The Executive Chef is looking for an accomplished and very competent Head Chef with good knowledge of British cuisine and experience within a high volume operation.


Role / Candidate:
The perfect candidate will have at least 2 years proven Head Chef experience within a similar high volume operation / innovative with menu creativity and planning / Good stock control / Excellent knowledge of food costings & P&L / Excellent Health & Safety record / Able to meet targets / Good man management skills / Must be motivated and organised.


Salary & benefits:

£60,000 per annum / 4 weeks holiday / Pension Scheme / additional benefits / Short term accommodation is provided if the successful candidate is re-locating
